Open match, on your courts and on your terms.
Visibility and payment are two independent axes — fill an empty slot from inside your own community, on your own widget, with no per-player surcharge on demand you generated yourself.
-
01
Four payment modes, one schema
Each player pays their share · one player pays upfront · share buyout if a slot opens late · card guarantor for a recurring team. Picked per match; not a separate product.
-
02
Visibility is a choice, not a coupling
Open · hosted · private · invite-only — picked per match. A private match stays private. Players land on your booking surface, not a separate channel.
-
03
Refunds you control per match
When a player drops, you pick where the money goes — club balance, card, or membership restore. Your accounting rule, your call per case.
-
04
Lives on the same calendar
An open match is a booking variant, not an overlay. Coaches see the slot, payroll covers it, reconciliation finds it, the front desk does not switch tools to manage it.
Already running on something else?
Take your club back.
If the booking app owns the player and the conversation — and the data is theirs — the switch is straightforward: your players move with their history, your conversations move to your address, and the price you pay is one you can plan against.
What breaks today
-
Player data lives in someone else's CRM
You can't email a churn-risk member. You can't tag a regular. You can't pull the list without a CSV roundtrip — when it's allowed at all.
-
Commission is a tax on your own demand
Players who came in through your front door get charged a per-booking fee. The cut you see every month runs against revenue you originated.
-
Hourly booking grids fight padel's shape
Horizontal tools don't know what an open match is, how to split-pay one, or how a doubles roster differs from a court-by-court slot grid.
-
Operations stitched together by spreadsheet
Memberships in a folder, payroll in a sheet, fiscal receipts in a third app. The reconciliation is yours every week — there is no system holding it.
What changes on the switch
-
Migration brings your full history — in days, not weeks
Players, memberships and payment history migrate with the club. Most clubs are live on Courtoo in 5–7 working days, handled by your setup contact end-to-end. Day one isn't a blank file; it's your venue's record, reconciled.
-
One subscription, no booking commission
One subscription scaled to the size of your operation. No per-booking cut. Cash flow plans against a number you set, not a percentage of your traffic.
-
Padel-native scheduling, built into the calendar
Open match, Americano, doubles rosters and split-pay are first-class shapes — picked per match, run from the same screen the front desk already uses.
-
One operating system, end to end
Bookings, payments, payroll, memberships, comms and reporting on one data model. The Sunday reconciliation becomes a five-minute review — the front desk runs the day from one screen.
Freedom & ownership
Your club. Your players. Your call.
The brand the player sees, the line back to them, the data underneath — all yours, on day one. We run the rails. You run the club.
-
Your name on every surface a player meets.
Your colours, your voice, your name. Players meet your club on the booking surface and on every screen that follows. When they tell a friend, the name they pass along is yours.
- Your colours and logo across every player screen.
- The only brand on the player surface is yours.
-
Your data is exit-ready from day one.
Players, bookings, payments, audit log — yours to read, yours to export, yours to take with you the day you switch. The decision to stay is yours, and so is the decision to go.
- Every dataset exports from the screen you read it on.
- Full delete on your word, same day.
-
The line to your players is yours.
Their contact, their history, the conversation when something needs a human — all in your account, with your team. When you reach back out, it lands from your name and your inbox.
- Player records belong to your account.
- Player messages land with your team.

FAQ
Questions clubs usually ask.
-
01 What is an open match in padel and how do clubs run them?
An open match is a court booking visible to players outside the original organiser's group — others can join the remaining slots. Most padel clubs run them with 1-3 slots reserved by the organiser and 1-3 open for join requests, with split payment (each player pays their share) or organiser-pays-upfront. Courtoo treats open matches as native flows: visible slots on the calendar, deposit-on-join to prevent no-shows, and same-source refund if the match doesn't fill. -
02 Americano vs Mexicano padel formats — what's the difference?
Both are rotation tournaments designed to fill off-peak courts with mixed-skill players. Americano rotates partners every set with cumulative points — everyone plays everyone, scored individually. Mexicano pairs players by current rank each round, so top scorers always play near the top — more competitive feel. Courtoo treats both as first-class formats on the calendar, with bracket generation, score entry and automatic standings — not a spreadsheet bolt-on. -
03 How do I fill off-peak court hours at my padel club?
Two mechanics work in practice: subscription bundles where members pay a flat monthly fee covering off-peak court time (high renewal, predictable revenue) and open matches where individual players post and others join during slow hours (community-driven fill). Our pilot clubs see LTV per player grow by at least 1.5× when both run together — subscription anchors the base, open match captures spillover demand. Off-peak filling is the difference between a 35% utilisation club and a profitable one. -
04 How do I switch from Playtomic or another marketplace platform?
Player data, memberships and payment history migrate with your club — handled by your setup contact, not a tier-three support handoff. Most padel clubs are live in 5-7 working days including the import. The trade-off is conscious: you lose the marketplace player-discovery layer, gain ownership of your player list, communication channel and revenue stream. Many clubs run both for a transition period while shifting demand to their own widget. -
05 What does Courtoo replace?
Courtoo is the operating system for your venue — bookings, memberships, coaches, payments, comms and reporting on one data model. Your players, their history, refund destinations and the brand on every surface stay with you, by default and on day one. Whatever channel currently brings you traffic, that stays your choice — Courtoo runs the day-to-day around it. -
06 What's the minimum club size — does even 1 court work?
Yes, 1 court is enough. Lite covers a single venue up to 4 courts; Standard scales by court above that. Open match, memberships and coaching are included from day one — never an upsell tier, never a paywall on a feature your players already expect. -
07 Do you charge per booking or per player?
No per-booking commission, no per-player surcharge on your own demand. One subscription scaled to the size of your operation. Online payment fees are billed straight by the payment provider; we never sit in the money flow. -
08 What is on the roadmap but not in the box yet?
Padel ratings and on-court access / lighting integrations are roadmap items, not in production. They are not in our value blocks because they are not shipped; we mention them here because club owners ask.
